RULES FOR USE OF THE PHOTO STUDIO
The person renting the photo studio must have experience working in a photo studio and have experience working with studio equipment. You are responsible for using the studio equipment and the photo studio with care, as well as communicating the rules of conduct in the photo studio to YOUR CLIENTS.
You must be a professional photographer with the necessary knowledge. Ignorance of the equipment will not be grounds for a refund.
You, as the renter of the photo studio, are responsible for leaving the photo studio in the same condition as you rented it.
This means that all equipment/furniture/backdrops etc. used by you will be in good condition and in good condition, returned to the same place where they were when you entered. This also means that the rubbish/waste is taken out, the lights are turned off, the floor is swept and your invoice/bill is paid on time.
Terms and conditions regarding booking a photo studio
It is necessary to adhere to the booking time, i.e. You enter the studio when your rental time starts.
If you arrive early, you can wait in the Waiting Area.
The studio must also be vacated within the time you booked (cleaned and locked). This means that you need to start packing and cleaning the studio about 10 minutes before your rental ends. Payment is due upon booking.
There are no refunds for unused time (if you leave the studio before the end of your booking or arrive too late).
The maximum number of people allowed in the photo studio during your booking is 6. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this.
Claims for compensation from us are made if you damage the photo studio or equipment after booking. The compensation is the cost of replacing the damaged goods.
No shoes are allowed in the studio, a fee of DKK 2,500 incl. VAT.
If you or your guests wear shoes in the studio, then the floor will be left with shoe marks, and the paper backdrops and cyclorama can easily get dirty. Of course, clean high heels or clean shoes for photographing models are allowed. The photographer must bring a change of shoes.
The cyclorama is not a playground: if you make a hole in it, we will need a carpenter to fix it, and the bill will be at your expense. Fine from 10,000 DK
This means that you cannot step on, jump, slide, lie down or sit on the transition between the floor and the wall.
When booking a studio, you must maintain order and silence so as not to disturb anyone. That is, you must maintain a moderate level of music / noise (maximum 80 dB).
The studio does not allow alcohol consumption, "parties", tobacco smoking, vaping, etc.
If you do not lock the studio and it is broken into, you will be liable for damages for stolen and/or damaged equipment. The compensation is the cost of replacing the damaged goods.
The person officially renting the studio fills out the consent form on the website below, thereby agreeing to the above rules of the photo studio.
The temporary tenant is also responsible for the studio, regardless of who and how many people are in the photo studio, as well as for anything that may happen during or after the booking. If a person forgot to lock the studio, forgot to turn off electrical appliances / lamps, and as a result vandalism / theft / fire occurs, then the person officially renting the studio is responsible for this and can claim compensation. The person renting the studio must be an adult and be present in the studio for the entire duration of the booking.
The studio has video surveillance to prevent break-ins, theft and vandalism. Recordings are viewed only in the above cases. Recordings will not be passed on to anyone except the relevant police authority by court order, and will not be sold to third parties.
Personal data that you provide to us in connection with the booking is stored and used only in case of vandalism/theft during the booking and is not disclosed/resold to third parties. And is also used in accounting.
Morals and Ethics
Photo Studio Family Moments is not responsible for the actions of the person/photographer who rented the photo studio during the photo shoot, video recording or other use of the photo studio.
